How we work

Close to the question.
Close to the work.

Every engagement starts with its own circumstances. The important decisions receive direct senior attention, and the shape of the work follows what is genuinely needed—not a preset package or a large delivery machine.

How to begin

A considered discipline

The method serves
the judgement.

JNAGA uses its VALUE framework to keep attention on the reason for change and the worth of the response. It informs our thinking; it is not a formula imposed on every client or a promise that every idea should proceed.

We look for a useful decision and a practical way to test it. Sometimes the best advice is to simplify, defer or stop.

The relationship

Four moments.
One tailored scope.

These are ways of working, not four compulsory phases. A focused advisory assignment may end with a decision; a wider engagement may include creation and later review.

Listen

What matters here?

We begin with the decision, the people affected and the realities around the work. An initial conversation tests mutual fit and whether JNAGA can add useful judgement. It is not a disguised sales script or a request to send a full confidential brief.

Shape

What is the right response?

If there is a fit, we frame the problem and consider proportionate options. We agree the purpose, boundaries, responsibilities, timing, fees and any confidentiality needs in writing before substantive work begins.

Create

What needs to be made or decided?

Some engagements call for advice and a decision; others need an experience, system or carefully bounded test. Senior attention stays close to the work. Digital tools can help, but they do not replace accountable human judgement.

Steward

What happens after the first result?

Where it makes sense, we review what has been adopted, what remains difficult and whether the response should change. Continuing involvement is agreed for the engagement; it is not assumed or left open-ended.

The first exchange

A short note
is enough to begin.

Write to hello@jnaga.com in your own words. It helps to say:

  • what decision or change is in front of you;
  • why it matters now;
  • who would need to be involved; and
  • what you hope a first conversation could clarify.

Please do not send sensitive records or detailed personal information in the first email. We can discuss an appropriate way to share material if the work moves forward.

If JNAGA appears well placed to help, the next step is a conversation about the situation and a suitable scope. There is no automatic quote, instant booking or obligation to proceed.

Begin a conversation

Before we speak

A few useful
answers.

Do I need a finished brief?

No. A consequential decision or an unresolved problem is enough to start a conversation. We can help frame the work before deciding what, if anything, should be built.

Can the engagement be advisory only?

Yes. A focused review or decision-support engagement can stand on its own. Design, implementation and continuing involvement are separately shaped when useful.

Will the same person stay close to the work?

JNAGA is deliberately senior-led. The responsibility, involvement and any specialist contribution for a particular engagement are made clear when its scope is agreed.

How are fees, timing and confidentiality handled?

They are discussed privately and set out in the written engagement, alongside responsibilities, deliverables and any continuing support. There is no public rate card or standard package to fit every situation.
